How does NCH process my coupons?
To process our retailer customer’s coupon shipment NCH uses SmartScan®,
our laser-based, computerized coupon processing system. SmartScan is an
advanced technology platform that insures high quality, timely and secure
coupon processing. SmartScan's processing system scans vital 128 EAN bar-code
information and accurately routes the coupon to the right manufacturer and
automatically tallies the value for accurate invoicing. With SmartScan you get
correct counts with fewer mis-directed coupons, resulting in fewer adjustments.

How can NCH assure fast payment?
With NCH’s SmartScan
intelligent processing and billing system tracking each retailer's historical
redemption pattern, the manufacturers with larger coupon volumes are billed
frequently, so your investment is handled with the speed and priority you
deserve. When manufacturers are billed quickly your payment is delivered
quickly.

Does NCH offer one-count programs?
NCH has a very successful one count program and our one count technology has
resulted in greater vendor participation. NCH Retailer Service participates in
one-count programs with NCH Manufacturers, CMS Manufacturers, large In-house
processed manufacturers and others. A one-count process improves efficiency and
increases payment speed resulting in optimized cash flow and cost savings for
you.

I’m inundated in paper reports. Is there a better way?
Yes. If the information you need is only available in mounds of paper or lost
in your system, you can automate your reporting and cash management with NCH's

Can NCH help me with the task of "Adjustment Processing"?
It takes many retailers over 20 hours/week, or 1,040 hours/year, to handle
adjustments. The NCH Solution: Our strategy is to automate your
adjustment process. The NCH "push-button" adjustment process will reduce
handling time to minutes a week, while simultaneously improving a retailer's
adjustment recovery timeline. In addition, our electronic and hard-copy
