Donna G. Stepanek
With nine years experience in marketing research, Donna is responsible for managing the analytical products and services we provide to both our retailer and manufacturer customers. She is highly respected for matching customer research needs with our ad hoc analytical solutions and plays an integral role in educating our customers on forecasting.
Prior to NCH, Donna spent three years at Information Resources Incorporated, a provider of UPC scanner-based business solutions to the consumer packaged goods industry. During her tenure at IRI she held both research and consulting positions. In these positions she designed custom analytical reports and provided analytical insight to manufacturers. Donna earned a Bachelors degree in mathematics from Eastern Illinois University.
