Account Management
Our Account Management Teams are responsible for the ongoing satisfaction of
our Manufacturer and Retailer clients. Our multi-level team approach allows us
to concentrate on customer needs and requirements. The Account Management
program offers guidance for better decision making, a relationship based on
joint objectives and support in optimizing coupon investment management. Each
team is there to answer questions, help solve problems, and to provide
proactive analysis, guidance and counsel.
Accounting/Finance
The Accounting/Finance department encompasses functional areas including
general accounting, financial analysis and planning, treasury, credit and
billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. The processes that
we have in place are quite comprehensive to allow for the high volume
transactions of a clearinghouse. In addition to our internal processes, we are
also responsible for managing payments to retailers on behalf of our
manufacturer clients.

Analytical Services
Our expert analytical staff performs industry and customer specific research,
providing customers with a competitive edge. Annually we publish the
"Worldwide Coupon Distribution and Redemption Trends" report, as well
as, numerous other studies. This group also develops and maintains our
forecasting system that helps customers manage their liabilities with accurate
pre and post drop forecasts for improved budgeting.
eSettlement
eSettlement is a new NCH business focusing on creating business solutions for
electronic clearing of electronic promotions between retailers and
manufacturers. We are leveraging our core strengths in promotion
administration, transaction settlement, financial reporting, customer service,
reporting and analysis, and information warehousing, mining and delivery.

Human Resources
The Human Resources department in Deerfield is responsible for employee
relations, performance management, benefit administration, work-life issues and
recruitment for the US operations. We have strong programs in place to assist
NCH in being an employer of choice.
Information Technology
The Information Technology group is primarily located in our Deerfield office.
This group is responsible for the development and maintenance of state-of-the
art systems like LAUNCH® and BENCHMARK based on client server technology.
Our strengths include the ability to process tremendous amounts of data and
providing our customers the ability to access this data in a meaningful way.
Our IT professionals also work closely with our Production Facilities in Mexico
to ensure accurate capture and processing of coupon data.

Marketing Services
Marketing Services is responsible for developing advertising and
public/industry relations strategies for the company. This includes creating
sales and collateral material, developing brand and image awareness for our
products and services, as well as, coordinating and participating in events
such as trade shows and our annual customer symposium.
Product Development
Our Product Development Team is responsible for managing the product
development process from idea generation and product definition, through
product roll-out and delivery. Client input is gathered at all stages to ensure
success. Participation in cross-functional teams is critical to this process
and therefore, the product development group works closely with other
departments including Account Management, Information Technology, Marketing and
Sales.

Production and Traffic
The processing of all coupons is done in our Mexico processing facilities.
Shipments are initially sent to our shipping and receiving center in El Paso,
TX for tracking, and are then moved into Mexico. An extensive logging,
inspection, scanning and invoicing process is completed for all coupon
submissions. To ensure the integrity of all data and assist in the retail
verification process, this group works closely with many departments located in
Deerfield including Account Management and Trade Management.
Sales
Our sales group is responsible for obtaining new business for NCH. Ongoing
relationships are developed and maintained with both Retailer and Manufacturer
prospects to keep them up-to-date on NCH's services and products. Our sales
process is a team effort that involves participation from various functional
areas driven by members of the sales group.

Trade Management
The Trade Management Department is responsible for maintaining NCH's retailer
database that drives many processes throughout the redemption cycle. This
requires a detailed verification process of all retail store submitters.
Additionally, the group handles all retailer inquiries concerning payment or
non-payment of coupon submissions received through our 800-phone line. Our
clearinghouse-relations staff works with other clearinghouses on behalf of our
retailer and manufacturer customers. Our extensive and accurate database also
allows us to monitor coupon submissions for possible mis-redemption activities.
