Title: Account Executive

Responsibilities:
This fast paced position will manage all aspects of NCH’s relationship with assigned consumer package good customer accounts. Responsible for ongoing renewal of 100% of assigned business through execution of account development plans. The Account Executive is responsible for educating the customer on couponing and encouraging it as a standard promotion vehicle. Consults with clients by delivering solutions and recommendations to address business issues, and is responsible for the timeliness and quality of all NCH deliverables. The Account Executive is responsible for communicating NCH’s unique value proposition to the client and gaining acknowledgement of the benefit of working with NCH. May also lead one Account Coordinator through the successful development and accomplishment of team goals.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have two to three years of business-to-business account management experience utilizing skills including leadership, communication, problem solving, relationship building, planning/project management, and consultative selling. Title: Print Distribution Clerk

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all print services preparation and distribution. This includes collating and binding reports, preparing shipping packages and documentation, verifying report accuracy and other general office duties. Hours are Monday through Wednesday (23.25 hours/week).
Qualifications:
Prior general office or mail room experience is desired with the ability to work independently. Attention to detail is important. Candidates should be familiar with office equipment including fax and copy machines.

We are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our well respected IT team. In this role you will analyze user needs, create project plans, design systems and programs, write and modify software, maintain and support existing systems as well as modify and enhance those systems
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 5 years experience developing and supporting custom software. Must be a competent Visual Basic 6.0, .NET and ASP programmer. Demonstrated ability to write programming specs and adhere to Software Development Lifecycle Methodology required. Metacobol, SQL server and background in Financial Services/Insurance a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year related experience. Attention to detail a must. Knowledge of Word and Excel desired. Must have excellent telephone skills with the ability to handle high volume phone calls. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:
As a part-time Retail Verification Specialist, you will analyze data, look for trends and determine the correct course of action. You will also be responsible for maintaining our retail database, which includes verifying the existence of retailers through phone calls, as well as on-line research tools and periodicals. You will also work closely with our Fraud team to help protect our clients' promotion dollars.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills along with 1+ yr of customer service exp. We require strong data entry, organization and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with MS Office 2007 desired. Bachelors degree is desired.
