Title: Account Coordinator

Responsibilities: Assist and support manager in all phases of servicing customers by executing operational framework duties that also includes communication with customers designed to better understand client needs for positive positioning of NCH products and services. Utilize probing and follow-up skills to ensure that service interactions are successfully executed. Also responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of customer associated processing specifications that include but are not limited to master file maintenance (specification updates, formatting and timely delivery of reports). Responsible to act as communication link between Account Operations Administrator and customer to discuss and address issues associated with offer master file maintenance.
Qualifications: 2+ years customer service experience, BS/BA or equivalent preferred. Requires attention to detail, strong organization, communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently and meet regular deadlines. Previous experience managing relationships in a business-to-business environment strongly desired. Title: Account Executive

Responsibilities: This fast paced position will manage all aspects of NCH’s relationship with assigned consumer package good customer accounts. Responsible for ongoing renewal of 100% of assigned business through execution of account development plans. The Account Executive is responsible for educating the customer on couponing and encouraging it as a standard promotion vehicle. Consults with clients by delivering solutions and recommendations to address business issues, and is responsible for the timeliness and quality of all NCH deliverables. The Account Executive is responsible for communicating NCH’s unique value proposition to the client and gaining acknowledgement of the benefit of working with NCH. Will also lead one Account Coordinator through the successful development and accomplishment of team goals.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have two to three years of business-to-business account management experience utilizing skills including leadership, communication, problem solving, relationship building, planning/project management, and consultative selling. Title: Director, Account Management

Responsibilities: This highly visible position is responsible for successfully directing an account management team for an assigned roster of clients and for meeting specified business objectives. This includes account retention, ad hoc revenue generation, new customer conversions and sales support in prospective customer meetings. Additionally the director is responsible for creating a team oriented and cooperative environment (internal and external) by utilizing strong management and interpersonal skills. Ensures customer satisfaction and retention through associates’ efforts in account servicing and utilization of account development strategies. Effectively coaches and develops Account Management associates. Works effectively on cross functional project teams representing Account Management and client interests.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years of relevant account management experience utilizing the necessary skill set, or other directly related NCH experience. Candidates must have strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record in effectively managing client relationships. This includes strong positioning, probing, acknowledgement, negotiation and closure skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and client priorities and meet agreed upon deadlines. Demonstrated success in coaching and developing associates is required. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with cross functional peer-group. Experience in the consumer promotion industry is highly preferred. Must be able to travel 25-30% of work time. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and work experience required. Title: Fraud Investigation Specialist
Date Needed: ASAP
Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is the on-going review of retailers to support the clients’ needs in making payment decisions. Will assist the Manager of Trade Management Services in all phases of servicing manufacturer customers and the NCH account teams. Will research and respond to internal and external inquiries utilizing retailer data available on-line and the physical files. Also responsible for the maintenance of Referral and No Store accounts in every aspect, including database maintenance, file maintenance, and review for indication of status change. Will initiate action with NCH account teams that bring a customer-specific perspective to the Fraud area whenever possible.
Qualifications: Successful candidate will have 2+ years business to business customer service and relationship building experience. Must have strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Should be able to work independently and be self-motivated. MS Office experience, including Access, highly desired. Knowledge of coupon industry and NCH products and services a plus.

- TRADE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Title: Quality Control Administrator
Date Needed: ASAP
Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to monitor quality metrics for the four departments within Trade Management Services, identify trends based on those observations, and recommend training opportunities to the Supervisors. This position will also provide re-training to existing associates based on guidance from Supervisors, and assist with the training of new associates to the department. Is an active, contributing member of the Database Accuracy team to provide insight to trends in metrics, and offer suggestions for future projects.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 2-3 years experience in Trade Management Services preferred and/or
2-3 years of operational and training experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of coupon industry and/or NCH services. Familiarity with on-line applications,personal computers, and various software pachages including Microsoft Office Suite.
