The Manufacturer's Coupon Redemption Policy is a legal document outlining the terms and conditions under which a manufacturer will reimburse retailers for coupon submissions.  

While these policies have been developed by manufacturers to protect their coupon investments, it is important to remember that most manufacturers try not to be overly rigid in the enforcement of their coupon redemption policies. In fact, the vast majority of manufacturers have established toleration levels for small differences in coupon counts and coupon valuations. Many have even established grace periods during which they will accept expired coupons from their retail trading partners.
