Vice President, Mexico Operations
Highly respected for his leadership, teamwork and operational integrity, Javier Acosta leads all aspects of our Mexico operations, including the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Administrative. In his role, Javier has successfully guided NCH's Mexico operations to meet client requirements for large volume fluctuations by implementing enhanced flexibility and automation. With 20+ years of NCH experience, Javier is a key contributor to ongoing process improvement initiatives including automated coupon sorting, compliance with ISO-9000:2008 directives, SOC-1 audits and disaster recovery.
Vice President, Global Finance
Kelly leads the NCH U.S. finance team and works closely with the senior leaders and local finance teams in the U.S., Mexico, Europe, Canada and Promotion Watch. She also ensures alignment with the Valassis and Harland Clark corporate finance teams, supporting all financial and strategic-related initiatives. Kelly has broad range of corporate finance experience, most recently with BWAY Corporation, but also at Kraft Foods and Arthur Andersen. She has a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Vice President, Marketing
With more than 30 years of NCH experience, Charlie is a marketer of efficient and effective redemption practices that help retailers and manufacturers accomplish more with their promotional funds. As industry spokesperson for NCH's Coupon Facts measurements, Charlie helps NCH clients interpret coupon market trends to better understand and protect the dollars that are at stake. His analyses of the coupon redemption market has been quoted by CNN Headline News, Money Line, CBS radio, The Wall Street Journal, Chief Marketer, Brandweek, Supermarket News and Advertising Age. Charlie also serves as co-chair of the Brand Activation Association Coupon Council.
Vice President, Product Management
Laura Czekala is NCH’s Vice President of Product Management. Relying on insights gained from a decade of experience in account management and customer service and more than 25 years overall with NCH, Laura oversees development and delivery of the advanced technology, data collection and information platforms that underpin NCH’s high-quality and well controlled coupon audit, settlement and analysis services for manufacturers and retailers. Laura is a respected industry expert, contributing to the initiatives of the Joint Industry Coupon Committee (JICC) GS1 DataBar Taskforce, the Coupon Information Corporation (CIC) and the Association of Coupon Professionals (ACP).
SVP, NCH General Manager
With over 35 years of leadership experience at NCH, Mark has a well-established track record for delivering business results by providing unique value to clients that contributes to their success, and achieves long-term customer relationships. He has led the company through innovation of its data and analysis capabilities while building upon the company’s solid reputation as a trusted 3rd party intermediary in every country and market we serve. Mark surrounds himself with strong leaders recognized and respected for their commitment to client-centric excellence, transparency and integrity. Today, Mark is responsible for NCH business results across diverse product offerings, services and operations in the U.S., U.K, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland and Mexico. These responsibilities encompass the leadership, management and development of over 1,500 dedicated employees.
Managing Director, U.K. & Europe
Charles leads our four European businesses. Each of these help clients achieve greater promotional effectiveness through crucial data management and financial clearing services, and each has earned a market leadership position. Previously, Charles held director-level positions at AirMiles, the U.K.’s longest running loyalty program and OgilvyOne in New York as Client Services Director. Prior to this, Charles worked for a New York-based private equity firm, Wand Partners, which held significant investments in marketing services businesses. He began his career with Unilever as a Brand Manager. Charles has an MA in Economics from University of Edinburgh.
Ivan Gomez Fernandez-Quintanilla
Managing Director, Spain
Ivan joined the NCH team in 2016 as Managing Director of our business unit in Spain. He is responsible for all aspects of business operations, including the implementation of innovative marketing solutions for coupons redeemed in Spain. Ivan has 20 years of combined entrepreneurial and digital expertise across the retail, banking and consumer goods industries. Prior to joining NCH, Ivan held management roles at Groupon and Tooio Mobile, and he also served as Co-founder and CEO of MoviPlans, which was acquired by one of the largest retail chains in Spain. Ivan was also a speaker at TEDx-Vancouver and is a Ski Spanish Champion.
Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Maureen is responsible for developing and managing programs and initiatives that help support NCH’s business goals, attract and retain excellent employees and make NCH a great place to work. In her role, Maureen has successfully enabled NCH to support its clients with a highly talented, diverse and experienced team. During Maureen's more than 25 years of experience, NCH has been frequently recognized as an exceptional place to work, including the Alfred P. Sloan Award for workplace flexibility. In addition to NCH U.S and Mexico, Maureen provides guidance and expertise to all Valassis International & Services businesses. Maureen is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
Senior Vice President, Account Management & Sales
Dave manages all of NCH's sales and client consulting activities nationwide. He brings to his role more than 30 years of NCH experience, including finance, operations, account management and several sales management positions. His broad experience has afforded him a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing both manufacturers and retailers as they look for more efficient and cost-effective methods of coupon redemption while maintaining acceptable levels of risk. Dave is an advocate for strong financial controls, complete transparency and equitable business practices throughout the industry.
Vice President, Information Technology
Neil is responsible for working with the NCH leadership team to ensure NCH’s systems and tools bring value to our customers and employees. With a deep understanding of the dynamic paper and paperless settlement market, Neil leverages NCH’s investments in technology and the competency of his in-house NCH development and support teams to optimize the delivery of quality data capture, strong processing controls and leading reporting tools. Neil brings to NCH more than 20 years of IT experience from both internal and consulting roles. He received his Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
Managing Director, Italy
Angelo has served as Managing Director in our Italian business unit since 2005. In this role, Angelo is responsible for overseeing the business operations and marketing of all products and services offered to our customers in Italy. He is leading the development of our most innovative e-clearing platform, VERSO, with real-time purchase validation at POS. Italy is also where NCH first established one-count coupon processing in 1981, and it has become the global standard for efficiency and trading partner collaboration. Angelo's previous experience includes an international commercial director role at CSP Fashion Group and over 15 years of experience in various business and marketing management roles at Henkel, Lego, Barilla and GlaxoSmithKline.
Managing Director, Germany
Hans is responsible for leading our business unit in Germany. Since joining the company in 2004, he has helped to further develop and grow the local market after Germany's laws constraining coupons were repealed. He has advised clients on the value of adding traditional and digital coupons to their marketing mix with the knowledge that they can have confidence in the redemption process. Hans has over 20 years of management experience, including eight years with Procter & Gamble, where he served in various brand and sales management positions. His previous experience includes six years with a German print publishing group working in director-level and general management roles.
